"Our deepest fear is NOT that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God: your playing small doesn't serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you."
- Nelson Mandela
My name is Tad Brudzinski and I am a computer professional, living with my family in the community
of Newmarket, Ontario since 1994.
I had enough of the political circus on the provincial and federal level and was tired of having only
a choice of a smaller evil, when voting for politicians, that were not representing me, nor the people
I associate with, and who (not even sharing my values) were not going to keep their campaign commitments
anyway. The political landscape has been shared by overpresent, virtually monopolistic parties, that
compete with each other in degrees of corruption and levels of scandal scoring.
I am happy I was able to find the party, that represented my ideals about the public life in 100% - the
Family Coalition Party of Ontario.
Please feel invited to visit the FCP web site at
www.familycoalitionparty.com to find out what the FCP
is all about.
The values I have in mind belong to Christian values, and had been incorporated with sacrifices into
the public life throughout many centuries, facilitating beneficial advancement of the Western civilization.
The core foundations of the value system I am talking about, are the three principal rights of every person:
The FCP has been relatively unknown, as the media focuses our attention on the affairs of the most powerful and established entities. The perspective on reality presented in the mainstream media, filtered by the "political correctness" does not reflect my values, nor the values of the people I am close to. That omnipresent viewpoint actually contributes to the growth of hostile environment, the late pope John Paul II nicknamed the "Culture of Death". We are experiencing unconscious deformation of the world by intellectuals, who believe that nowadays only politics, economy ad secular culture are of any importance to a reasonable person.
The reality of life in Ontario is quite different from the Canada of my dreams and the gap continues to grow. It
has costed me a great deal of effort to arrive in this fine country in December 1989 and I do not want to let it be
wasted. Therefore I jumped at the opportunity to have a chance to positively change the politics of
Ontario, by becoming a candidate at the Newmarket-Aurora Electorial Riding. I am aware I could not stand
a chance against the strong canditates from the major parties, however winning the election is not my goal at all.
My goal is to gather as many votes as possible for the
Family Coalition Party of Ontario, because fortunately, due to the upcoming Electorial Reform, the rules might
change. I am excited to let you know, that you are not going to have to choose the lesser evil anymore.
Soon, you no longer will need to be concerned that if you vote for somebody, who is not going to win in
your riding, your vote would be wasted.
The new voting rules will enable the participation of the representatives of smaller parties in the Ontario
Parliament, as in the future, all the votes (including yours) will be counted province-wide.
I do not need to be elected to Queen's Park, however I will work to help install as many
Family Coalition Party representatives, as
possible in the Ontario government, so things could stop getting worse, and actually may (hard to imagine,
isn't it?) start getting better.
I realize the Family Coalition Party would not be able to form a majority government by itself in the first term (in fact it is not going to have any representatives at Queen's Park after the 2007 Elections, as the proposed Electorial Reform will not be enforced in time to make it happen), however the aim at hand is to increase the awareness among the constituency, about the existence of the provincial Family Coalition Party in Ontario. That party is bound to eventually establish a government of the people, who stand for the values we share, and truly represent a large group of voters, who strive to upkeep their universally tested and true, moral principles. Once in the Parliament of Ontario, the Family Coalition Party representatives will begin to have influence over policies and legislation in our province.
I am not by any means a politician, and those who know me, could confirm that. I am a happy
Newmarket resident,
proud father, lucky husband, regular
church-goer, daily commuter, staffer, mortgagee,
ex-blood donor (2002-2005), child
sponsor (since 1996),
Maryknoll supporter (since 1993) and a dreamer.
I am still young (at mind) and have not yet given up the hope that our life could be better, and I strongly
believe, we together are still able to make a big difference, to adjust the circumstances in the way we deem
most beneficial to the simple, traditional and conservative people like ourselves.
Yes, a BIG difference, as a chance of influencing only the minor issues would not be worth the effort we
need to apply to make that change happen.
I am counting on your support in the October 2007 provincial elections.
Let's make voting our priority.
Let's vote for the FCP.
I am convinced we will eventually be able to restore sanity in the government.
In my opinion we cannot afford to stay away from politics anymore. We have to act, while the opportunity is there. We need to regain our voice in this province, as we have been ignored for too long. I understand, that the prevailing negative attitudes towards politics among the general population are the result of the voters being disappointed every time by the politicians unable to keep their campaign promises after winning the elections, as within the present electoral system, the party leaders are forced to lie if they want to win and form a government.
If we do not want to be bypassed anymore,
we cannot be passive any longer.
We must change and regain our democratic right to participate in the government decisions, which affect us on a large scale at both, public and (more and more in the) private areas of our lives.
I pledge you, to let the people (those, who share your views and values) know about the Family Coalition Party of Ontario and tell them, that due to the electorial reform, they will soon have a chance to be represented in the Provincial Parliament by individuals, who would stand for the values they commonly share, and would work with our best interest in mind. It will be up to us to have our voices heard and acted upon in the provincial government.
I have created this web site to explain my motivations in deciding to set up the Riding Office in the Newmarket-Aurora area, and run in the upcoming provincial elections. I am aware I would not be able to communicate everything I want in the (often brief) face to face encounters we may happen to have, so I trust this web site, and it's links would answer more questions you might wanted to ask.
One of the concerns I used to have about the FCP
was about its programs, that relate not only to the moral issues, but to the proposed solutions to
the economic, health and education challenges we are faced within Ontario. Let me assure you that the
Family Coalition Party has a sound set of
developed programs about all the branches of the economy, with specific solutions to the actual problems.
Please visit the FCP Internet web site
(www.familycoalitionparty.com) for more details about the proposed reforms in healthcare, economy, education,
government, legislature and environment.
